Terms of Service for TESDA Nueva Vizcaya

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of TESDA Nueva Vizcaya ("we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or using our application, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use our services.

1. Agreement to Terms

By creating an account, logging in via Google OAuth, or otherwise utilizing TESDA Nueva Vizcaya, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

• Eligibility: You must be at least 15 years of age to use this application.

• Account Security: When you register or log in using your Google Account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

3. Description of Service

TESDA Nueva Vizcaya is an information system for Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) data in the province of Nueva Vizcaya. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time without prior notice or liability.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use TESDA Nueva Vizcaya for any unlawful purpose or in any way that violates these Terms. Specifically, you agree not to:

• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the application.

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the application or its related systems or networks.

• Use the application to distribute malware, spam, or other harmful code.

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any aspect of the application.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, features, and functionality of TESDA Nueva Vizcaya (excluding content provided by users) are and will remain the exclusive property of TESDA Nueva Vizcaya and its licensors. Our trademarks, logos, and service marks may not be used without our prior written consent.

6. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to TESDA Nueva Vizcaya immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease immediately.

If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the service or request account deletion by emailing us at region2.nuevavizcaya@tesda.gov.ph.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

TESDA Nueva Vizcaya is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the operation of the application, the accuracy of its information, or its availability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall TESDA Nueva Vizcaya, its directors, employees, or partners be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the application.

• Any conduct or content of any third party on the application.

• Any unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or data.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
